How far in advance should I book my session?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard sessions and 3-6 months for weddings or large events to ensure availability.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?
We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you to reschedule if necessary. There's no additional fee for weather-related rescheduling.
Can I request specific edits or retouching?
Yes! We include basic retouching in all packages. For extensive edits or specific requests, we offer additional retouching services at an extra cost.
Do you provide the raw, unedited photos?
We deliver professionally edited high-resolution JPEG files. Raw files are not included in our packages as they represent unfinished work.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 7 days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will receive a 50% refund. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours notice.
